Relax in this home with 25 foot vaulted ceiling, lofted bedrooms and a large family space including open kitchen, dining and living rooms. Located near the front of the plantation, it is a short walk down a designated path to the beach. You won't even cross a street! The beaches are private to the plantation and all guests of the plantation can enjoy the beaches from water's edge to the vegetation line. Enjoy the exclusive amenities of the plantation including swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, miles of well-maintained bike paths through the pine trees, fitness center, nature trails, fishing piers into the bay at nicks hole as well as a kayak launch. Come and relax, enjoy our unspoiled beaches, bike the miles of bike paths, fish in the gulf or bay, collect shells, paddle board, kayak or just read a good book while enjoying the sound of the waves and seabirds. This home's ground floor provides covered parking, park grill, hot/cold shower. The home is well laid out designed for family time and tastefully decorated. The main floor includes a large open kitchen, dining, living room, enclosed bedroom, bath with walk in shower and washer dryer closet. Living room includes a large flat screen smart TV, DVD player with a DVD library, premium Paramount plus channel. Our guests comment on how well appointed the kitchen is with plenty of ways to cook up some of the fabulous local shrimp, oysters and fish! The second floor provides 2 lofted bedrooms (one queen and one with two twins) and a shared bathroom with tub/shower. There are 3 sets of decks so come watch the sun rise over the gulf and set over the bay!
