The living room is large enough to enjoy playing games or watching movies on the 57in Flat screen TV with your family and friends. The beach is just down the sandy driveway, 50 steps to the boardwalk! This makes it very easy for families to travel back and forth to the beach with all the beach toys, chairs and umbrella and paddle Board that are included in this rental (you must supply your own helmets for bicycles and life preservers for paddle board use) The kitchen includes updated stainless appliances and an oversized sink to make cleaning up a breeze. There are two identical owner suites with new comfortable king beds, walk in closets and 42in flat screen TV's. The bunk room is equipped with two full size beds (Bunk Bed Style) and a 47in flat screen TV. All TV's have Netflix to watch your favorite movie. The home is stocked with games and puzzles to enjoy after a long day on the beach. We include a beach cart, beach towels, beach toys, bicycles (you must provide your own helmets), a paddle board (you must provide your own life preserver) The community offers great amenities which include a fitness center, pickle ball court, tennis courts, and 2 pools.
