FAQ 1: Is this house available for my dates?
Answer: This property is managed by a professional software that keeps this calendar up-to-date, in real time. If the calendar you are viewing says it is open for your dates, than it is accurate!
FAQ 2: How much will my stay cost?
Answer: If you would like to see a quote, simply put in your dates on the website you are viewing and it will present you with an accurate quote. POOL HEAT: Please note: Pool heat is not including in the pricing, unless you see it reflected in your quote. Pool heat is an optional amenity. If guests would like the option of pool heat, it would be roughly $20 a day. Please let us know if you would like to add pool heat as soon as you book the home.

We are pleased to introduce you to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home with heated pool. We are located in 'the canal district' in Pompano Beach, only 10 minutes to ocean beaches, dining and shopping, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale’s famed Las Olas Blvd. We call our home 'Palm Villa' due to the large number and different types of palm trees on the property. The home itself was redesigned and remodeled as part of a regional competition and won 'Best in Neighborhood' for that contest. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood cul-de-sac. Inside living area: • 1,850 sq.ft. one level, no stairs - set up to sleep 6, could sleep 8 using the new sleeper sofa. • 55 inch HD TV with cable TV, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, music and surround sound interface. • Hi-speed internet and Bluetooth interface for steaming movies or music to your devices. • Open living /dining room with 3 panel sliding glass doors opening to the pool area. • Tastefully appointed with a hi-end yet, relaxed beach themed décor. • Inside / outside, granite / stainless steel kitchens with dishwasher, range, microwave, 3 refrigerators (1 main, 1-outside, 1-wine), blender, coffee maker and window pass-through for serving outside. • Tableware for 12 people, extra wine and drink glasses, plastic glasses for outside. • Central air conditioning plus 4 inside ceiling fans. • Washer and dryer for your personal use or longer vacations.• Master bedroom with king pillow-top mattress, hypo-allergenic pillows, dresser, nightstands w/ lights, walk-in closet, HD TV, attached private bathroom with glass block multi head shower, and sliding glass door to pool area. • Second bedroom with queen mattress, hypo-allergenic pillows, dresser, nightstands w/ lights, closet, and adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub shower. • Third bedroom with twin trundle beds for either double twin setup or make into a single king bed if desired. Bedding for either setup available, two closets, cabana bathroom with shower. • Finally there is a double sofa sleeper option in the living room as a possibility for children or over night guests.
Outside and back yard: • Salt Water Pool (can be heated or not depending on time of year). Outside hot / cold shower for rinsing off and cabana bathroom with exterior door. • Nice mixture of sun and shade with plenty of seating and lounge chairs for everyone. • One of the best areas of the home! Covered outdoor kitchen / dining area with seating for 8, propane barbecue, bar area and hi-top table with seating for 2. Great for sunset drinks and outdoor eating. Complete with ceiling fans, dimmable lighting and exterior landscape lighting makes for a wonderful evening outside! • Canal waterfront with dock and boat access. Bring your boat (up to 32 ft) or rent one nearby! One fixed bridge with 12 ft clearance to the intercoastal waterway for dining, cruising or sightseeing. Minutes to the Atlantic Ocean via Hillsboro Inlet for fishing or diving.
Local area: Within 3 miles - 2 Publix markets, Walgreens and CVS pharmacies, 3 gas stations, 15 restaurants, beach access at the newly designed Pompano Ocean Beach Park (end of Atlantic Blvd), Pompano public golf course. Within 5-10 miles - 2 Whole Foods, Costco, Trader Joes, Las Olas Blvd Galleria Shopping Mall, Ft. Lauderdale beaches, water taxis, boat rental, 70+ restaurants, indoor flea market and several regional parks. Closest airport - Ft. Lauderdale, (FLL) @ 17 miles.
