Upon entering this sprawling three-bedroom, three-bath condo, you'll immediately notice the luxurious dΓ©cor. The first bedroom, perfect for little ones, features two sets of bunks. Moving along, the next bedroom boasts a beautifully decorated queen canopy style bed. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a dining area, and a spacious living room with large glass balcony doors offering mesmerizing Gulf views. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, appliances, pots, pans, and place settings for 12. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the bar. The large living space includes ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Gulf-front master suite boasts a large king bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a day bed with trundle for two additional guests or children, a water closet, a jetted tub, a separate steam shower, and balcony access.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.
