The room is 300 sq ft..with a queen size Murphy bed that folds up easily during the day to allow for plenty of living space for a couple people. There are 2 comfy swivel chairs and a flat screen tv. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. And plenty of space for your clothes and toiletries.
