Grand Master suite with King bed, another Bedroom with a King, then a queen and two twins for the remaining 4th bedrooms. Lots of TV"s including an outside pool TV. Tile floor in the large comfortable family/dining area. Private Cul-de-sac street minutes from Publix and restaurants Island Way Grill, SushiTu and Windward Grille all within Island Estates. If you don't want to drive, Clearwater provides the Jolly Trolley Bus Service for a quick ride to the Famous White Sand Beaches and Sand Key., www.clearwaterjolleytrolley.com. Regarding length of stay please communicate with the owner. The house is rent ready with all the goodies including, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, bedding, towels blow dryers, etc. You are sitting on the widest part of the canal and will have beautiful views all the time. We have tried to make it a place you will find comfortable and tastefully decorated.
