Just over a mile from Kyle Field, Reed & 1/2 mile off Hwy 6, you'll be right in the heart of the action! We offer 5 beds (2King/1Queen/2Full), an open-concept floor plan, and a bonus room featuring a pool table and ping-pong table. Kick your feet up and relax with us!
This property is not to be used for parties or events.
Guests will agree to report and pay for any damage done to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and alert Airbnb/authorities, if necessary, if any of our house rules are violated or if our home is mistreated or damaged. If you break something, it’s your responsibility to report it. All doors are to be shut swiftly upon entry and exit. Please take your shoes off upon entering. NO pets allowed. NO candles, glitter, confetti, or plug-in air fresheners are allowed in the home. Nothing is permitted to be hung on the walls whatsoever (no tape, nails, command strips, etc.) NO Events are permitted. NO Smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smell of smoke will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of professional cleaning. Please Lock the doors, return the keys, and turn off all fans and lights upon leaving. Please place all furniture back where you found it. Please wash, dry, and return any used dishes or kitchen items to their correct place. Trash is to be placed in the garbage bins inside the gate at the side of the house. Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup (black towel provided). Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) for replacement. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before checkout. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances, we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment. Please treat our home like it is your own! We want to be able to provide services for our guests for years to come and your kindness and consideration help make that happen.
