Summary: When we arrived they gave is an “accessible room” on the 1st floor near the exit a floor and room we didn’t request and when we asked to change the front desk gave us attitude then put us in a room with flickering lights and a non functioning kitchen light. In addition the room smelled like old cooked food and the tub was full of hairs from the previous occupants. Our experience was not pleasant and when we asked for just a little extra time to check out wet were denied. I could bit recommend this place. The experience was ruined by poor customer service.
