The home sits directly on the Indian River ICW, conveniently located to beachside and downtown Melbourne. Private gated driveway + garage. 1st fl suite & wet bar w/ separate high bar seating. Large outdoor deck leads to a 366 ft. dock for fishing, boating, entertaining or relaxing.
Catch a perfect view of a KSC rocket launch, a front row seat to a fireworks display, or a private dolphin show from the dock, upper tier deck or one of the balconies! 2 complimentary kayaks are available for use during your stay which can be launched from the shoreline.
Dock is shared with the adjacent townhome. Home owner will have access to the dock during your stay.
There is a propane grill for your use on the upper tier of the deck.
Optional pool heat @ $50/ day if requested (please let us know in advance and we will adjust pricing. The heat will be turned on prior to your arrival pending payment)
Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly on Tuesdays. Please be aware that the cleaner will have access to the exterior pool area of the property.
