The homes boat slip is available for rent for an additional $350/week, paid after booking and gives you access to the deep water channel right in front of the community. The marina is capable of accommodating boats up to 31' in total length.

Built in 2007, this villa is one of the larger exterior units and has 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor, both with private bathrooms. The 1st floor offers a wide open layout with a duel peninsula kitchen centered between dining and living rooms with french doors opening to the back patio. The house has many upgrades, such as stainless appliances, granite counters, rich hardwood floors, crown molding, 3 flat screen TVs, cable & WiFi.
