Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft available in the area but having a vehicle is highly recommended. There is 1 dedicated parking spot in front of the house.
Other Things to Note:
Our private guesthouse is attached to the main house with a completely separate entrance, parking area, and thermostat to control the central AC. We would just like to emphasize that although there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and more, the space does not have a kitchen or other facilities for cooking (no hot plates or grill). Washer/dryer are not available in the unit but there is a laundromat 3 minutes away.
🗑 Trash days are Tuesdays for both normal trash and recycle, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
