Cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, 35 min from Daytona and the beaches and 45 minutes from Orlando's theme parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and more), malls and attractions. There are also several state and county parks in the area where you can swim, kayak, hike and camp.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with bar and open views of the ample dining and living space. A 65” screen TV invites you to chill out with a cold drink, while watching your favorite show or movie. You can also entertain your family by playing your favorites tunes on the baby grand piano.
The spacious master bedroom includes a queen bed, large walk-in closet, a work desk, 32” TV, and a large private bathroom with corner bathtub, shower, and enclosed toilet. A large second bedroom has two full-size beds, and also includes a work desk and a 39” TV.
You can unleash your inner artist in the fully stocked paint studio or turn it into a dedicated office space with high-speed Internet of up to 1 Gbps and wireless printer/scanner. The studio/office also has a day bed, for a nap between art sessions or for those working late nights.
Since it’s always summer in Florida you can grill almost every day of the year in the private patio/garden, read a good book lying in the hammock and roast marshmallows in the evening around the fire pit. You may also relax in the screened lanai and have a nice dinner on the “river table,” a custom-made piece of furniture from my personal design collection.
You will have access to the whole house, patio and yards. There is no access to the garage, however there is free on-site parking at the double driveway on the front and additional space available for your boat or RV.
Guests also have access to the fully stocked laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.
