Completely renovated after the 2024 hurricane! Located on the water, this 3/2 home is located in the Baycrest community of Tampa Bay, Florida. Whether you are in town for a sporting event, concert, cruise, work or to enjoy Florida weather this is the perfect retreat. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This neighborhood is central to many attractions and destinations including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beaches, Raymond James Stadium, Tropicana Field, Steinbrenner Field, International Mall, Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Pete, Tampa's Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Armature Works, Aquarium, Convention Center, Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and much more! You can use the public boat ramp at the causeway, take out your boat or PWC, and tie up in the back yard off our private dock. Fishing off the dock is great too!
