Cute, 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom duplex. Across the street from a canal and just a few houses from the River. The location is perfect as it is 10-15min to the Beautiful Anna Maria Island and less than 10min from downtown Bradenton. It is only a 5min drive to the Warner's Bayou boat ramp where my husband picks up his fishing charter clients. There are several parks around and downtown night life is active.
