A modern, newly built (2023) 3 bd/2 ba cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It sits at the top of our 4.5 acre property with great views overlooking the lake and cove sides of the property. Enjoy your private yard with a cozy fire pit & relaxing hammock, perfect for evenings under the stars. You’ll have shared access to a beautiful beach, kayaks for lake adventures & fishing opportunities. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and can be used as a secondary primary bedroom as it also has its own private access to the covered porch. The third bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed plus there is a fold out couch in the living room for extra guests.
Need less space or more beds? Check out our nearby Blue Heron Guesthouse , 2bd/1ba just 30 yards away, offering the same great amenities and serene surroundings. The Blue Heron and Green Heron can be rented individually or together for a larger gathering.
If the weather is less than ideal, enjoy some sports or movies with YouTube TV and Disney Plus, and free wi-fi or play one of the many board or card games that are available. The kitchen is ideal with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and refrigerator as well as a full kitchen including pots, pans, blender and more. You don’t even have to find a boat launch, just use the one on the property to start your lake fun. If you just want to relax, enjoy the shared sandy beach with a swimming area or just lounge away soaking up the sun. If you just want to hang out in the shade and read a book or take a nap, jump into the hammock and just relax or sit at the covered picnic table and enjoy food and the lake views. Top the evening off, by having a bonfire in the fire pit area making s’mores and memories.
