Steps away from the convention center, 5 min. walking distance to the beach/ board walk and main street, or an 1hr drive to St Augustine one of the oldest cities in the US. The SeaEsta itself is adorable, bright, cozy and clean. Smart lock and security cameras on the outside. You will definitely feel the Beach VIBES. This beautiful FIRST FLOOR UNIT has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE from second unit GUEST with there own private entrance. Free parking with designated parking for both units. The SeaEsta has 2 bedrooms 1 bath a full working kitchen and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 6)
