Our area offers an abundance of beaches, shopping, parks and recreation and restaurants. Having a car is optimal but Uber and Lyft rides are readily accessible. Easy daytrips to Orlando and Sarasota are also an option. We have local guidebooks with lots of activity and touring ideas. Property manager lives nearby and is readily available to attend to any issues.
