Located in the historic Crescent Lake neighborhood you will find the Urban Retreat. It is one of only 10 units on our property. Within walking distance to Crescent Lake park with walking trails, greenspace, pickle ball courts, and a dog park.
The 4th street corridor is full of restaurants, shops and historic Sunken Gardens.
Downtown St. Pete is about a mile away with over a dozen museums, shopping, many restaurants, bars, and a vibrant waterfront.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 10:00 a.m.
Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.
NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to prepay the pet fee of $65 All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.
All our units are 100% nonsmoking. If the cleaners notice any odors attributed to tobacco, marijuana, or any other smokable substance there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 for disinfection and ozone treatment.
