This bright, fully-furnished space features a large front porch to the entry area that has outdoor furniture and gas grill for your use. For your entertainment, there are three smart TVs (two in the bedrooms and one in the main living room area). If you plan to work during your stay, there are multiple areas to set up your office space (there is great wifi service for streaming movies and work-related activities).
The open-concept living area includes a lounging, dining, and kitchen space perfect for couples, families, or quality time on your own! The space is accessible from the front foyer entry and has two sections: work/dining/lounging area and 3 sleeping areas. The ideal workspace is in the middle bedroom, which is bright, has a queen-size bed, full-size table + stools along with a pull-out sofa (that can also be set up as a bed to accommodate even more sleeping arrangements ). The back bedroom has a king-size bed, sitting area with couch and coffee table, as well as a smartTV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. The front bedroom has a connecting door for direct access to the full bathroom. This bedroom is surrounded by windows, a large closet, and a smartTV. The bathroom, accessible through both this front bedroom and the main hallway, includes a spacious tub/shower combo and has plenty of storage, towels, and basic toiletries. Finally, there is optional access to a four-person golf cart during your stay for a small daily rate so you can explore Serenbe in style and comfort. After your first stay, we hope you will consider the VICTORIAN TERRACE @ SERENBE your home "away" from home.
NOTE: Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome with an additional pet agreement and non-refundable pet guest fee that will be collected separately from the nightly rental. Please inquire at booking if you are planning to bring a pet for more details. If a pet guest is found on the property without permission, the security deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.
