This is true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit with windows along the East wall just became a vacation rental as of mid-April 2018. This beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms townhouse located on desirable Fort Pickens Road is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation including a TV in every bedroom, and a private elevator to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space with a total of 2300 square footage. The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Just a few steps down from the deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Play cornhole or volleyball just outside the deck door! An assortment of beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas provided! The is also a selection of games and puzzles inside! Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.
*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
