Knee-Deep is a four bedroom, two bath beach cottage, located directly on Dauphin Island's white sandy Gulf of Mexico beach. An original, authentic beach cottage with recent upgrades. This beach house has plenty of local character. Your family will be able to enjoy this unique house and its great Gulf and Bay views. You are literally ""on the beach"", with no street to cross, just steps to the Gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the gulf side deck. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, Guest bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, and the kids' room has two sets of twin bunk beds. Knee Deep features Gulf and Bay views from nearly every room, and an updated kitchen, completely outfitted with everything you will need for your beach vacation. Extra amenities include a Pack-n-Play and Highchair (bulky items available for use so that you do not need to travel
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
