The kitchen has abundant counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful aqua glass tile back splash. The modern dining room hosts 8 and the expansive kitchen bar has seating for 4. The master bedroom boasts an elegant platform king bed, perfect room for waking up to inspiring sunrises, a spacious master bath with beautiful dark grey tile, double sinks, and a large stand alone shower. The queen guest bedroom also includes a stylish platform bed, and the adjacent bathroom is nicely tiled with a tub and shower combination, good for those long soaks and for the little ones. The third bedroom nicely accommodates up to 4 with a separate twin bed and a unique triple bunk bed combination, double/twin.
There is a screened porch just off the living room, perfect for dining out in the cool gulf breeze. The extensive decks have a cable railing system which allows you to have those uninterrupted beautiful beach views while you leisurely lounge. When you are ready for your day of fun at the beach your family will use their own private boardwalk located just a few steps away with a convenient outdoor foot wash. For your convenience you will also find privately tucked away under the home an enclosed outdoor half bath with a separate outdoor hot/cold shower. Also, dont forget those wonderful afternoon cookouts and gatherings there is a ground level patio area with a park-style charcoal grill located nearby so you can still see and hear the sounds of the beach.
